An American Classic C-Cup

We set out to produce a classic American cup of coffee. To do this we selected beans that have been part of the American palate for over 200 years. From Brazil, the distinct flavor that come from coffee grown at lower elevations that means much lower acidity perfect for blending. Our beans are from the Cerrado region. They are round and sweet, excellent for blending. Our Colombian Arabica beans come from the Sierra Nevada region, known for their stronger fruit component and acidity. They are vibrant, but not overpowering. Together they make a classic cup of American coffee.
